Wildcat Families ~

While we don’t know what middle school sports will look like for 2021-22 school year, we realize some families may want to get a jump on the registration process. We would like to provide you with the following information on registering students for sports at Whatcom. Please expect more information to be available in the fall.

The registration process has not changed from previous years, and we will be using FinalForms to manage athletics. Families that are familiar with FinalForms can log in at any time and update their forms for the 2021-22 school year. Families that are new to middle school or to Bellingham Public Schools should go to and click on “Never logged in?”. Enter the email address on file with Bellingham Public Schools to begin the registration process. Parents/Guardians will need to select the sports for the student. Once parents/guardians have completed all forms, an email will be sent to the student to complete registration.

Sports physicals must be turned in to Whatcom Middle School, or uploaded in FinalForms, prior to the beginning of the sports season. The sports physical cannot expire during the sport season and is required for the student to participate in athletics. Physicals are good for two years from the examination date You can get a sports physical from your regular health care provider Here are some local resources if you need assistance:

ASB Cards:

ASB Cards are provided to students free of charge but are required for participation in activities and athletics. Students can get an ASB card from their school office.
